Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any freight or delivery damage to us within 48 hours.
Full-Price Items
Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, email us at hello@littlepuku.com and we’ll send you return instructions and the nearest return address. Items must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving instructions.
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or during a promotional period are not eligible for a monetary refund. They may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit (excluding original shipping costs). Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund or store credit has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check with your bank or card provider, as it can take several business days to post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@littlepuku.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@littlepuku.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different colour or item, please return your original order (per the terms above) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please return your item to whichever address is nearest to you:

For higher-value returns we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please take care when placing your order, as we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed. Any details which are entered incorrectly at the time of ordering are the responsibility of the customer.
We are a small company and our teams can sometimes work independently, which means we may not review an email regarding any amendments or cancellations prior to an order being dispatched.
Amendments include:
- Change of shipping address
- Applying discounts/gift cards
- Full order cancellations
- Adding and/or removing items from an order
- Change of product colour

Return shipping is your responsibility, and items must be sent back within 7 business days. No exchanges are offered; please place a new order if you would like a different item or colour. 2. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send the items back.
3. Ensure that the items are unused, include proof of purchase, and that all original packaging is intact.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the items must be returned within 7 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different colour or item, please place a new order. Returns are not accepted after the 30-day window, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items:

We strive to price our items as cost-effectively as possible and do not embed the cost of returns into our pricing.
As such, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Items must be sent back to us within 7 business days of your return request.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot process returns for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the item for the refund to be processed.
Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different colour or a different item, please initiate a return for the original item. Then place a new order for the replacement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to hello@littlepuku.com with a description and image/s of the damage or incorrect item, along with your full name and order number for further review.
All products must be checked for damage due to freight immediately on delivery and advised to Little Puku within 48 hours.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
