Retours FAQ

Please take care when placing your order, as we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed. Any details which are entered incorrectly at the time of ordering are the responsibility of the customer. 

We are a small company and our teams can sometimes work independently, which means we may not review an email regarding any amendments or cancellations prior to an order being dispatched. 

Amendments include:

  • Modifier of shipping address
  • Appliquering discounts/gift cards
  • Full order cancellations
  • Adding and/or removing items from an order
  • Modifier of product colour

Full Price Items:
À return full price items, email us at hello@littlepuku.com within 30 days of receipt. We'll provide return instructions and address. Items must be unused, with original packaging intact. Return shipping is your responsibility, and items must be sent back within 7 business days. Non exchanges are offered; please place a new order if you would like a different item or colour. Retours are not accepted after 30 days, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Soldes Items:
Items bought with a discount, during a sale, or promotional period are ineligible for refunds but can be returned for store credit within 30 days, excluding original shipping costs. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Full Price Items:
1. E-mail us at hello@littlepuku.com within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send the items back.
3. Ensure that the items are unused, include proof of purchase, and that all original packaging is intact.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the items must be returned within 7 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different colour or item, please place a new order. Retours are not accepted after the 30-day window, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Soldes Items:
Items purchased with a discount code, on sale, or during a promotional period can be returned within 30 days for store credit, excluding original shipping costs. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Nous nous efforçons de tarifer nos articles de la manière la plus économique possible et n'intégrons pas le coût des retours dans nos prix.

Une fois que nous avons reçu et inspecté votre article retourné, nous traiterons votre remboursement.

Tous les remboursements sont émis selon la méthode de paiement originale.

Veuillez prévoir jusqu'à 5 jours ouvrables après réception de l'article pour le traitement du remboursement.

Selon les politiques de votre émetteur de carte, il peut falloir quelques jours ouvrables supplémentaires pour que le remboursement apparaisse dans votre compte.

Nous ne proposons pas d'échanges directs pour le moment.

Si vous souhaitez une couleur différente ou un article différent, veuillez initier un retour pour l'article original. Passez ensuite une nouvelle commande pour le remplacement.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to hello@littlepuku.com with a description and image/s of the damage or incorrect item, along with your full name and order number for further review.

All products must be ✓ed for damage due to freight immediately on delivery and advised to Little Puku within 48 hours.
